An important notice from Scottsdale Arts Box Office:
During our system batch to deliver tickets for the Wilco event, our system experienced a partial system error that caused some tickets to be sent correctly, some tickets to be sent with a broken file link, and some tickets to be sent more than once.
Over the past few hours our team has been working with our system engineers to resolve this issue.
It is important to note your OFFICIAL Wilco tickets have been issued on 10/02/2023 between 2:30PM - 3:00PM MST via email.
Please disregard any previous tickets sent prior to 2:30 PM on 10/02/2023 as those tickets have been voided for account security.

How will I know I am looking at my correct tickets?
On the correct ticket version the PDF attachment will show text that says "VALID - USE THIS TICKET - VALID".
What do I do if I received more than one order confirmation with my tickets attached?
Please use the most recent Wilco ticket sent on 10/02/2023 between 2:30PM - 3:00PM MST.
I didn't receive my tickets, what do I do?
