Starting May 12, Scottsdale Arts will display All-In Prices for tickets in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s new rule, which requires ticket sellers to list the total (“All-In”) ticket price at the beginning of the purchase process.


What to Know:
 

  • All ticket sales on Scottsdale Arts’ ticketing platforms will now display the All-In Price upfront.
  • When selecting tickets, guests will see the total cost—including the ticket price and all required fees—before reaching checkout.
  • The All-In Price includes the base ticket price and any mandatory fees required to complete the purchase.
  • Optional add-ons (such as VIP packages or merchandise) and their associated fees will still be shown during checkout, when applicable.
